This place is a total game-changer! The value for money is off the charts, with mind-blowing facilities like the top-notch hot spring baths. And can we talk about the breakfast? It's super yummy and they even throw in free noodles and vouchers for nearby restaurants! The cleanliness? Jaw-dropping! The staff? They're absolutely amazing and always so kind. From the modern and clean rooms to the convenience of laundry machines and a drinks machine, this place has it all! Oh, and the spa on the top floor? Total heaven! Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk from the station. If I'm ever in this area again, you bet I'm staying here!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Abashiri after a long hike in the beautiful Shiretoko National Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that easily accommodated two people. The highlight for me was the outdoor Onsen, which was perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary ramen before bedtime, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a delicious Japanese-style spread with a variety of fruits and bread. The hotel's attention to detail and value for money truly impressed me.
No complaints, everything was just fine.

The wifi connection was quite unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected and get work done.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities at Dormy Inn in Abashiri. The free ramen and onsen were a real treat after a long day of exploring. The parking was convenient, especially for my mom in a wheelchair. The location near the river was beautiful, and we enjoyed running along the river to the Glass Factory. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to a great supermarket that sells fresh seafood. We had a wonderful new year eve’s night in our room enjoying the feast. The view from the hotel's hot springs is amazing. The hotel also offers ramen after 9 pm as part of the package, which was delicious.
A number of restaurants and places were shut on New Year’s Eve in the surrounding area, making it hard to find places to eat. We didn't want to settle for the convenience store 7-Eleven and ended up going to the nearby supermarket to buy fresh seafood.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They even helped me make a reservation for a popular local activity and called taxis whenever I needed them. The onsen at the hotel was a real highlight for me - although it was a bit on the small side, it was incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. The room, while a bit small for the price, was sparkling clean and provided me with all the comfort I needed. Additionally, the hotel's location along the beautiful river allowed for stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Everything exceeded my expectations - no complaints!

Had a great Christmas stay with nice facilities. Loved the hot spring bath on the top floor and the breakfast was delicious, offering many choices. the hotel is situated within walking distance from the train station and bus terminal, which made it easy to venture around the city. the staff was very helpful in arranging reservations for activities and transportation. Afternoon ramen, welcome coffee and laundry were great additional perks.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, it felt a bit cramped for the price. the hotel lacked some of the amenities found in other chain hotels and the hot spring bath was smaller than expected.
